Cheltenham Connect Village Show 2016
Rules for exhibitors
1) The primary purpose of the Cheltenham Connect Village Show is fun! We hope that anyone involved in the Show will enter in this spirit
2) The show is open to anyone who considers themselves to be a local resident.
3) Any work shown must be the sole work of the exhibitor, or grown by the exhibitor.
4) Any number of exhibits can be entered, but not in the same class.
5) Joint entrants are welcome, as long as they are within the same age bracket!
6) Please don’t put your name on your exhibit. You will be given an exhibitors number.
7) The organisers reserve the right to decide how exhibits are staged in order to enable as many exhibits as possible.
8) The organisers reserve the right to refuse any exhibit, and in the event of such refusal, are not required to give any reason or explanation.
9) The decision of the judges is final. Judges work on their own discretion and are judging from their experience and knowledge, rather than any laid down rule book from a particular organisation.
10) Although every care will be taken to safeguard exhibits, the organisers cannot be responsible for losses or damage.
11) All entries will be accepted between 9am and 10.30am on the day of the show. Entries cannot be submitted prior to this, as the organisers have nowhere to store them safely. Doors will close for entries at10.30am promptly to allow proper time for judging.
12) Doors will open for viewing at 1.00pm, and there will be a prize giving ceremony at 4:00pm. Exhibits may be removed from 4:30pm.
13) Entry fees are charged to help cover the cost of running the show. Entries cost 50p per adult exhibit, and 20p per child exhibit (unlimited entries are allowed per exhibitor, but the maximum entry fee we will charge is £2 per person). Entry fees will help us cover the cost of running the show.

• BY HAND – You may get an entry form and post it into the collection boxes at either the Exmouth Arms, Bath Road or ATC Flooring, Tivoli, GL50 2TJ.
